Are you just looking to replace a bad motor or are we talking about swapping in something that never came in the car?

If you have all the tools and equipment necessary, and you know what you're doing, you could probably get one out in and a new one (sitting an a crate, not in another car) in a full day with help from a few buddies. Unless you're a real gearhead, don't do it.
