Im looking at buying a wrecked 04 spec v, Not really banged up bad, mainly cosmetic stuff....but when you turn the key on it has no power, no lights...nothing. I guess the guy said its been like this since the accident.

I know alot of cars have fuel pump cut off switches that kick when you get into an accident...are the sentras the same? If so where is the switch located? The guy with the car said he heard its an electric cut off switch that not only shuts the fuel pump off but all electrical things...but he has no idea where the switch is? I love these cars and want this one but I wanna make sure it runs first...lol

Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's possible that in all the mayhem a fuse or something went. Best to start simple.

Bang on the bottom of the fuel tank with something like a rubber hammer while someone is cranking the engine. If that starts it, then you need a new fuel pump.

Also check all to make sure you have all the spark plugs and that they're in good condition.
