Is that modified s14 kouki wing?

It's too tall, I'd say chop it down a little and install. It'll be great if you can figure out the way to install the spoiler without drilling the holes, so you can remove it if you don't like it later.

yep it's modified s14 wing.

The other way is to buy a supermade wing... they are pure sex... or go custom with a (i don't like what i'll say but) NASCAR look. this kind of wing on s13 are as sexy as bezilian panties :D

The car looks naked without the spoiler I think the stock is perfect.

I don't know. Stock spoiler is too low. I wish someone makes small adaptors like on this GT4. They are a little too high though. Seibon makes adaptors for WRX whale spoiler too. I want to do something about my OEM spoiler.

If you wanna be different, like the stock spoiler, and want something a bit higher or more aggressive you should consider mounting one of these on there

^^ That would be intense I'd like to see what it looks like.

I think the best option is to remove the brake light from the spoiler. I don't really know how its done, but s15ns13vert did it on his and it looks sick

it is easy really, there are some ribits holding the third brake light, drill them out, and there it comes off, the only thing u gott worry about, is to cover the hole of the trunk where the third brake light wire use to go.

its way too tall. to pull off tall spoilers/wings you need a roof to balance it out. stick with low oem or flush mount spoilers like dmax/super made wing

That is correct and that's why we don't see high profile spoilers on many production convertibles like Eclipse, CLK, SLK, Solara, Sebring, Miata...etc. S2000 club racer might be an exception. Anyway, top is not always down, so taller spoilers still look half good.

I like the OEM spoiler on the verts best and next in line would be a decklid spoiler.

I've actually been leaning more towards those trunk lips.

Octane91 or "The Vader Vert" has that trunk lip on his car.

It looks very fitting for a droptop. Plus stooks (s2000s) have those slick trunk lips too.

Somehow I prefer high profile spoilers than lip spoilers. I ran into this car and this spoiler looks really good on it although it's pretty high. Not sure if it's OEM or not, but it makes ugly z3 look much better.

You got alot of good ideas going on but horrible fitment

I'd love to see your car with good body alignments

J/w did you do it yourself or did you pay for it.

Anyways I know its not easy I learned by working in a body shop my first car took forever just to get an ok alignment with a hood then there were the fenders etc. Major rule is practice and lots and lots of time the first few times.

I hate it when so many old 240sx 200sx and even ae86 got wasted for dirt racing one season and crusher they ruined some good cars.

Not to mention the Trans Ams and Monte Carlo SS (ya i like mullet mobiles too)

Go for the Spoiler.

J/w I'm new to NICO i also have a vert that I'm planning on doing lots of stuff to. I already popped a 5 speed in it. Now i got interior, body, top and maybe in the future a sr20 or maybe a rb26 if I get a big bunch of money out of nowhere lolz.

So how do you start these threads and what not.

Thanks.

I plan on totally removing the pillars My rear quarters are junk warped on top and screws shoved through them to be honest and my door panels are unsaveable warped, faded and bunch of screws shoved through them.
So what is there to save

My dash is cracked really bad So I started today customizing it putting a pod in it want to try to dyna glass it in then bondo the crap out of it.

Tommrow I'll remove my pillars and modify the rear panels if make them flat & clean none of that curvy and replace the door panels.

and when I'm all done I can have someone I know upholster all of it with vinal

Well thats the plan right now I have $3 in my pocket and no dyna glass or bondo

but I have plenty of epoxy 1/4 plywood and sheet metal so worst case scenario i mess up some unuseable panels hehe
