01 qx4 remote problems

will sometime work or not work. Replaced the battery and re-programed. Even replaced the remote. Something to look for in the control module under the seat?

having problems with my 01 path remotes as well1 of em works fine on "lock" and requires a hard push to unlockthe other one stopped working even after replacing the batterykinda frustraing especially when my mom's 13 year old's windstar's remotes work flawlessly on their 2nd battery
