Turbo is the same pec's as the garret 3540 with the .82 housing. I have the garrett here to and hope to tune the two of them at a later date to compare the differences

EDIT:Sarcasm mode engaged:

That must really suck to have a turbo cast with your name on it!

/End sarcasm

Cliff's notes:

That is awesome to have your name cast on your turbo!

And testing result:

Nice intake manifold. Not too many guys spend the dough on Plazmaman's. And did you say you made that exhaust manifold or did I misread that?

350whp at only 9 psi of boost leaves a lot of room for more. Can't wait to see the results at 18 psi.

Your setup is very similar to mine, so I'm curious to see what you are squeezing out of it. I'm currently at 1.4 bar and have given myself the go ahead to bump up the boost some more. Haven't had it on the dyno since I've just been tuning on the street.

his setup is very close to what i have currently..not sure what the exact specs are on his turbo but mine is a T67/T3 .63 A/R...and im running a wee bit over 500whp on mine at 1.3 bars... just ask Carl or Ricky , Ricky has seen my car and Carl has now just felt it this past weekend...you should have seen him sqirming around in the passenger seat...i couldnt help but laugh...lol

theyre nice cars but not easy to drive. 4w steering is concerning ( very touchy ) and the super copper mix clutch is very difficult in town and at the lights or just trying to idle drive is impossible with out alot of bunny madly!!

Anyone know about nismo copper mix clutch and know why it cant drive slow and not madly bunny hop? Is it a clutch setting ?

Is'it normal for the car now to be banging backwards and forwards in the drive train - when under half on, off throttle ( because of the new clutch ?? ) Did or does yours? It's very imbarrasing at times and uncomfortable

The new Turbo's namely dsr3040j,3540j and t04z is not yet available. Possibly in the new year as they're still being developed

Price: some where round the price of a masterpower yet dsrturbos use larger (custom forged ) chars/cores. Bigger collars, bearings and also further spaced out bearings. This is what the black car above was built

if i was in low throttle it felt that way, it was VERY jerky, i thought it was my subframe bushings but it was interesting to drive lol, my biggest thing was it felt liek the car was moving and with low throttle it would shut off

Yes it does. Only thing tight it a idle control and the throttle body angle is not good. I used the 90 degree silicon and moved the fuse box back.

As far as i know the greddy manifold does not fit er34 as well as it should. Fits series 2 r33. Plazmaman plenum is just the one i went for. It bolts on with little modification

Car made 275 rwkw at 8psi. By 3100RPM

Increase the boost to 17 pounds and car makes 285 rwkw. Seems to bea problem some where in the head. Possibly valve springs. Engine uses Dual Springs. Maybe on is coil binding or ones broken. So head now needs to be removed to find out what the problem is. $1000.00 Later!! Certainly adding up
