wow looks hard....
in my opinion the chrome grill stands out just a bit too much, like the car is all blacked out with a big chrome grill thats chrysler 300 status.... i would go with a darker grill
but thats just my opinion, looks great regardless

I like the silver trim you did on the black inserts next to the fogs.
I may just copy that.
I also have to agree with Fueler on the grille.
Having tinted the lamps makes it stand out more.
All in all though, a nice job. Keep us posted.

i love it. i may do taht on my q! u should do it to ur taillights like mine
the 20's are off for the winter and its very dirty from the crappy weather, but the Qxxx4 now resides in Burlington, ON and will be rolling through town exactly like in this photo HARRRRD and in style this spring!!! CANT FREAKIN WAIT.

Tried the Taillights just now and well it didnt go so well.the light is one big curve which made it very difficult. probably try again later i was gonna put 35% but i think ill stick with the 20% i got on the front.

You mentioned dual exhaust; is it true dual or just split from the muffler, because I can't find a dual system.

The tint looks great.
+1 on blacking out the grille!I've bought 3 HID kits (for different cars) off ebay now with great results. All have been installed in the factory/aftermarket (black, ebay) housings without any problems. If you have the spare change, go for it!  You WON'T regret it! It's an amazing difference.

Save yourself a LOT of trouble on tinting the tails by using VHT Nite-shades. It is a spray on tint. You can get it on eBay.

have you used the spray tint before was it easy.What do you guys think about thaking those pieces beside the fogs out and putting a black set in again i have an extra unpainted set ill take a picture to contrast.

I've never used it personally, but it is very popular on a Chevy truck forum I visit. It looks like most people remove the lights and use 2-3 light coats of the tint followed by several coats of clear coat to add shine. Some guys go up to 5-6 coats of tint and the lights literally look black. For $10, buy a can and a crappy tail light from a junk yard and give it a shot.

Niteshades is what I used on my pathfinder and every other car that I've tinted the tails on. Comes out great every time, just take ur time and don't get runs in it. +1 on the black inserts Edit: Pic of Niteshades.

hey roger! yeah it was my idea to spraypaint those pieces next to the fogs i did it for mine a few months ago so when i finally got mesh grille inserts itd match (coming next week). But now that your fogs are tinted...its a HUGE diff with black ones in and it looks sick. Man props on your pathy it looks great! Im putting my HID's in today hopefully i get farther than i did on wednesday haha i wil shoot by ur house when ur back in canada n show the off to you. Did you use window tint to tint your headlights? it makes such a diff im planning on doing it too (my fogs are HUGE so ill do those first. I got tint sitting around from yearrrs back still in the wrapper haha after HID i plan on KEEPING the yellow fogs cuz their growing on me....and im gunna add coolblue sylvania xenons inside the fogs (the housing has a yellow lens) so im thinking itll look neat. dont wanna HID the fogs as itd be impossible to find a place to mount MORE ballasts....plus its cheaper and i wont use them much.

scroll down and youll see the custom eyelids i was talking about. i think he was going for a qx56 lookhttp://www.cardomain.com/ride/2942520 its too much black in my opinion when u have everything even the rims and lights black. you need some colour or else it just looks like a black p.o.s. at least some chrome here n there to add some appeal is good. so the grille should stay and you should consider at least a chrome lip on the wheels if u go black
