Would it cover something that we had no record of being there? the TV is one thing but on the wheels they were there for like an hour... Thanks for any help.

Might wanna bring it up to the company. I couldn't tell you for certain, but it's just something to check out. Even if they don't cover the full price of the rims, it would be more than nothing.

If they were only there it sounds like it might have been an inside job. That or someone saw them being delivered or placed there. Security cameras from neighboring businesses showing a similar car at the time of delivery and one hour later?

I'll have to see because their cameras sometimes have issues supposedly, but they're looking.
