One simple way I have used is a bungie cord. Hook it to the frame behind the backseats. Screw the cord to the box to keep it from slipping off. Ghetto but effective.

lol yea i did that with drilling 2 long wood scres on the sides and hooked them to the hooks in the trunk but thye broke
I actually bought 2 trunk handles (those toy chest handles) at lowes and screwed that to the floor. Then I used a ratcheting cargo strap to lock it down. I didn't want to make it permanent in case i need to get my spare tire out.

OK, get some metal stapping (you can get it at Wal Mart, it's a roll of metal with holes in it). You will need two pieces from the roll. The first piece attaches to the top of the sub box and screws into the metal section above the rear seat pass through. The second piece attaches to the front bottom of the box (box part facing the pass through) and you can attach it to metal on the inside (under the "fold up flaps" behind the lower seat there are two holes in the metal, I simply used a nut and bolt). For a clean look, I actually wrapped the metal in box carpet first.
