hey all, been away from the site for a few years since I sold my S14,but I am about to pick up an 03 6MT coupe tomorrow and wanted to say hi!Been a pain in the A-- trying to find one,I just found one yesterday and immediately checked it out.Looks clean as far as I can see so far...Only has 49k miles so if there is a problem with the transmission as I have been reading here may happen,I hope to use the remainder of the powertrain warranty befrore it expires!!

I will keep you guys posted if this car works out, here's a pic

nice to be back @NICO!!

Welcome back to nico.

Sounds like a winner too me. As Rich says 49K is good.

thanks guys,I did not get much sleep last night. The G is going through inspection and fluid changes before I take delivery. Can you give me a quick pointer on the transmission issue? What to look out for?Is it a shifting issue,or a slipping or cluncking issue?

Congrats on your, new to you, G35!

For the transmission, if it makes any weird noises or just doesn't seem to shift properly, have a dealer look at it. I'd take it and have the fluid flushed anyway...

Well after my first 100 miles, all I can say is SH__ Yeah!!!!Response and power abound in any gear,so awesome.

One detail I really like is the cupholder in the door panel

All that's left is the 60k powertrain warranty, that's why I ask about the transmission issues. So far it feels solid shifting it,no grinding or smoking or weird smells.

I paid a few dimes over 17k,there were some in my area for 16k but they have well over 85k miles and obvious wear and tear.

I will go over all the details sometime this week and take some pics too.I seem to have lost my camera cord.

Sounds like a decent deal. I like the brembo brakes too. Very nice

Is that a black grille i see or is it just the way the light is hitting it??
