I sent this to the webmaster, but no response.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------All of my Murano forum subscription emails have the thread header like this:

Topic: Intelligent KeyCreated by jiminmaine, 8 posts, 86 viewsURL: http://forums.g35club.org/zero...37221Last post at 4:46 PM 7/19/2008 by brainguyus:

When the URL should be like this:

zerothread/352681

The former does not work. Can this be fixed?------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does everybody have this problem?

Also, how do you add notification to a post that you already posted? Without doing a reply, like I am right now..

Just checked, my email notifications appear to be working fine. Not sure what causes that, maybe a moderator will respond to help you.

To add notification, use the Subscribe (to thread) feature. The Subscribe hotlink is inside the thread at the top of the page above the first post on that page and the thread title.

I checked, and it seems as though my subscriptions are working just fine as well. Let me know if the problem continues, and I can have someone check things out in greater detail. Please keep me posted!

Did you check the one for the Murano forum? This forum works fine for me, but not the Murano.

Which thread is causing your problems? I received the e-mail notification just fine on your last post.

The subscription post from the Murano forum. This is a sample of what I get each morning. Click on a link below and see what I mean.

You're not alone!!! I had to replace the transmission on my 2003 Nissan Murano at around 70,000 miles. I was completely shocked because I had brought it into the dealer about 2 weeks before because the "check engine" light was on. They said they had to "reteach" the computer something, and it was no big deal. Of course... it ended up being a huge deal. Luckily my warranty lasted just long enough to cover the cost -- $6,000!

Exactly, You have to find the song that just played and good luck doing that as sorting by album, artist, etc does not seem to work... I will keep playing with it to confirm but searching for a song could get you into an accident especially if you are scrolling through much of you library from front to back or back to front.

Lets face it, I was buying the alternative to a minivan and since I would end up driving it a lot I got the crossover with some toys in it. I suppose the toys are a bonus and if they worked then well... bonus!

I apologize laurin1, I didn't fully understand your first post and so I took the second post to understand what you meant. It looks like you were really posting about the issue in your first post in regards to subscribing to an entire forum, not just a post. That second post you made was more like a workaround for you. I read through it much too quickly. To get to the point, not sure, I don't subscribe to the whole forum. If the result is what you say it is then a moderator would definitely have to take a look at it.

Confirmed. Subscribing to the entire Murano forum yields links that lead to invalid topic errors. The URL in the email notification points to the g35club.org domain when it should point to nicoclub.com. Replacing g35club.org with nicoclub.com in the URL confirms this by opening the correct topic.

It's not thread subscriptions that are having this issue, only subscribing to the Murano forum (and maybe other NICOclub forums) generates the links that way.

This is still an issue. Can the admins please look at it? I'm a developer. If someone will give me access, then I will fix it for crying out loud.

We're on it - Thanks for the heads-up.

On a side note, anyone with "skills" who'd like to pitch in from time to time, please email [email protected].

We frequently have projects backed up that we're unable to get to...
