New Nico forum for car detailing and care questions.

Nico has just started a new forum for car detailing and care. I was hoping you "car care fanatics" could stop by and offer your 2 cents worth, aqnd the rest of us can learn what works and what's best for caring for our Infiniti cars.

Just another example of Nico offering the most for it's members.

caring for the EX is pretty easy. wash with Dawn, clay the car, wash off with Z-7, apply 2-3 coats of Z2, cure and wipe and voila you are done.

Inteller,

Great advice to all EX35 owners. I agree 100%. Far better than any of those Walmart products. I have used this product for 20 years inside and out of all my cars.

So much is unknown about the EX35's Self-healing Paint.

You are claying your Car, already ?

I hope there is a thread in the new Forum that discusses this type of Paint.

you should always clay your car when you first get it because the grit and grime that collect from being railed and trucked cross country needs to be removed.

and there is nothing really special about scratch guard paint. It is just a resin blended clearcoat that will blend out any superficial scratches. the underlying base coat is still the same.
