Oil/Water lines for Turbo

I know you can buy the custom lines but I would like to piece it all together and build it myself.

I've been trying to find the thread size/pitech for all the fittings but it's very difficult.

Is there a thread or tutorial on what the sizes are for the water line and oil line fitting when converting to AN style fittings?

I need these sizes.

Block:-Oil oulet-Water outlet

Turbo:-Water inlet-Water outlet-Oil inlet
