here's the deal...bought a 92 maxima se 5 speed that sat for 8 years..put a new battery in it and as soon as i connected the positive terminal the horns start goin..i see it's equipped with a factory anti theft... i tried taking out the fuse(one next to the battery marked anti theft ign coil) and putting it back but that dosen't help...the motor refuses to even try to turn over..what do i do!!!???...please help!!!! 
it doesn't seem to have an aftermarket alarm system installed either so it's not that...
