afaik NOPI is the only place he can legally drive until he is 21. they havent said anything about rescinding his license since before the ruling came down

God that kid is such a douche nozzle. I hope he never drives again, and if he does, I hope he suffers the same fate as his "friend" who is now a vegetable.
