  radiator


i have a ka24de koyo radiator in my rb25. obviously as you guys know the outlets change sizes from the radiator to the block. what have you guys done to cope with this issue? Im sure its been discussed before but iv searched and all the links just send me back to the first page of this forum.

I've always tighten the hose clamp more

did you use the stock ka hose then? cause from my experience it didnt fit on the block side the outlet was to big its an rb25 by the way i dont know if its different from the 20 or 26

I've used RB25 sized hoses every time, either it be samco or generic rubber ones.

RB20 is smaller and I've used a cut up KA radiator hoses any without problems.

do they make them specific for the swap now or do you get just stock gts-t skyline hoses?

slightly modified (as in cut to fit) GTST ones work just fine.

I carry Samco hoses btw.

Or you can hit up your local parts store and get hoses that make a similar fit then cut to suit.

Either way, you should be good to go.

on my set-up (rb26) i have greddy KA24de rad with autobahn88 rad hose ... i had to cut the top one to fit ... the bottom one went strait on !!!
