1993 sentra fixer upper

I recently got a 93 sentra that i am trying to fix up. i currently got it running and most of the intruments working. But i cannot seem to get the tail lights working, side markers (running lights) and the instrument cluster lights. I dont have the fuse cover, but checked all the fuses on the panel and none seem to be blown. I have swapped out the bulbs in the lights and still nothing. The brake lights work fine, just the tail light. any help would be appreciated. Even got a Chilton book ,which tells me absolutley nothing.

I have the same exact problem. Did you ever find out what was wrong/ Was the fix something you could do or did you take it in to a shop?
