Oil coolers? Which one?

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

Hey just wondering what the most effective setup would be for my RB20. I am not a rich man so I am looking for whats the best bang for my buck. If anyone has suggestions please help. My car runs pertty hot most of the time.

on the budget? pieces your own together. it's pretty basic.

1) sandwich adapter w/ built-in thermostat2) heat exchanger 3) hoses + fitings

Cool that is what I was actually thinking to do. Just wondering what size to go with, any reccomandations?

Go to your local junkyard , look for a hyundai , preferably sedan .

they have a 7 to 9 deck oil cooler ( pending model) mine cost me 3 bucks .

that should save you some money. then all you need is to get all the other parts to you liking and placement.

just my 2 cents.

Thanxs def. gonna go to the junskyard and check that out. Just need all the plumbing and I will be good.
