Whats up to every one out there on Nico my names Joe i live in N.Y. Im 18 years old, new on here and really like the site it seems as though eveything and everyone on here is really helpfull like a big family lol. I honestly dont know much about cars mechanically which is another reason why I wanted to join Nico. i worked hard through out this summer and i am about to purchase a 1990 240sx hatch in new jersy on sat * will post pics *. My goal really ever since i was a kid prob like most ppl on here i liked cars and it wasnt till recent when i said to myself i wanna become a pro driver when i grow up now im actually starting to make moves into making it come true. I hope with the help of Nico i can make some new friends and gain new knowledge about the mechanics of cars. Welcome! I suggest joining the SCCA and doing some SOLOS and just hang around and you'll learn alot! SOLOS and races are perfect places to do some networking and meet new people. In the racing industry it's all about who you know....oh, and $$$ and more $.

i know my good friend dave, i just have to get my money right im still in school and stuff i just tuned everything els out this summer and worked for the car you know and its hard durring the school year bbecause i get less hours which means llittle ppay lol but ill figure somthin out its crazy because while i was writing i was thinking about the SCCA thing

Welcome joe!+1 for joining the SCCA. They routinely have events at the Nassau Coliseum, so it would be a fairly short drive for you, and solo is ALOT of fun.
