Just though some you you guy might be interested in checking out my Dad's car. He is selling it due to not having time for it anymore. I loved riding in it, and wish he wasn't selling it. People look at you every where you drive, and everyone always asks about it. Check it out:

Im trying to get a YouTube video posed of it running. It is honestly the SICKEST sounding car I ever IMO.

It's old and it's ugly. And doesn't belong in 240 Gen.

i like the car, but that suspension completely ruins it. that may be the "look it was going for" but its stupid. trucks go up, cars go down. thats just science. i cant count how many perfect cars ive seen ruined by raising them up like this....

frame rails above your tires = FAILS so hard i cant see straight

LOL let's slam it on some stance coils and throw some flush volk wheels on it!!

guys it's just the gasser look: raised, straight axle, fender-well headers and tall tire...this is the old look for drag racing back in the 50's and 60's. Just an old trend

People 50 years from now might look at our cars and laugh their *** off

OMG, but your 20 year old Nissan looks like better? It looks like ever other late 80's early 90's "sports cars"

Thank you god. Atleast someone else understands what this car and the time period it was made. You go back in history and look at the Drag cars from the 1960-1970's and this is what you will see. Hi rise front ends on truck axles BIG headers that are the size of the wheel well its a very tradition build. Just like if you go 40-50 years from now it's going to be "Tradition" to see a 240sx DROPPED AND FLUSH wheels it's just the way it is. Styles change

Man, some of you are gonna be real butthurt when the new fast and the furious comes out with muscle cars and your gonna be like but where are the volks and the nos? i don't see any rice omg. i want a cheby.

mmm looks like a very aerodynamic setup to drag with. ive seen many bel-airs that are "normal" height and its sex. im not saying slam it, that would be pretty rediculous too.

I dont know, was maybe thinking some of you guys wernt 240 ONLY fans, guess i was wrong with some of you. The other thank you for the praise, yea it was my Uncles car before he died of cancer. He had it all set up for drag racing, his fastest time I remember was in the 11s i think. Has different gears now, so it is more street-able. Might have a video up of the car in a couple days. Anyway, a moderator can move this to general chat if they want since some people are bitching like faggots. Thanks to the people who actually support and respect the car. Peace.

, i don't venture over there too much anymore. i don't recognize anybody, save for a few diehard regulars, but 240gen just isn't what it used to be.

op, that's a bad *** car. i'd drive that thing around all day and not think twice about it. i'm not sure what is up with all the hate, i guess some people just don't appreciate the history of auto racing.

all of you who said slam it, throw on bigger wheels and drift. fanbois.

I remember reading Hot Rod and other mags from the early 80's just before Rick Dobbertin started the huge Pro Street craze and there were still lots of those old Gasser style cars around. I love the kingpin style front end, very retrocool.

+1 for cool car.

Looks like a mean setup. If that car runs 11's, it's really s**ting all over 90% of the 240s here at the strip, mine included.

Forget the haters man, that's why I try to stay out of Thunderdome.
