Slammed S13 with KTS coilovers???

I've been messing around with my KTS coilovers on my hatch for some time now and it seems that I cannot "tuck" my wheels and tires for that slammed look. It may be my wheel and tire combo or perhaps the KTS don't allow for a slammed look.

17 *9 +22 with 245/45/17

I'm even thinkin of preloading the springs to get it even lower but i've heard that is it bad to do so. Any ideas?

KTS dont allow you to go *that* low, but at the same time youve got too tall of a tire, you shouldve opted for the 245/40 instead of 245/45
