I have a set of KYB AGX's that need to go on my car... You can read more about that here: zerothread?id=330885

Anyway... Long story short... So I have these KYB AGX's sitting here and the Megan Racing lowering springs are unavailable everyplace I have looked... Just can't find the damned things in stock. What I can find, however, are these Ksport GT lowering springs...

My car: 1996 Nissan 240sx... (s14) 4-lug.

I'm not sure about the spring strut combo... What are your thoughts on putting these springs with the KYB AGX struts? I mean, I already have the struts so they stay... I just need to find some springs to put on them to get my car back together, and there is no better place to ask this question.

Thanks.

I see no reason why you can't sue them, the AGX'sare popular to run with Eibach's on Z32's just a matter of finding the spring rate you want

Thanks, I figured they would work I just had no idea how well. From what I read about the Ksport's they are very stiff, if what I read was correct they are stiffer than Tein S-Tech's.

I just wanted to ask before I do something dumb and buy a part that's not really correct for my setup.

*EDIT*

The update is that I just talked to a tech. at KYB and they told me the AGX's (really all of their shocks) are made for factory size springs, but with the '96 240sx they should be no lower than 1.25" max or it may reduce the struts life span... Oh well, I guess I'll use stock springs for now, I don't want to reduce the life span of the AGX's...
