  Clutch not engaging completely...

Hi my name Is Karl, I have a 1990 240sx hatch with and e motor. I bought the car automatic, I was switching it to manual (third manual swap for me now, I know pretty good what I was doing)
bought a used 5 speed, feels like it shifts pretty good.
Got a used 6 puck clutch and pressure plate from a buddy with a lot of life still left in it.
A brand new 13pound aftermarket flywheel (no clue what company).
Brand new master cylinder with stainless steel circuit racing master to slave clutch lines.
A used slave cylinder. (seems to be working)
And the other crap I needed for it.

Installed everything, flywheel center hole was too small, had to grind it down a lil bit, did not see any bearing inside the crankshaft, pretty sure I didn't miss it either, bleed the living crap outta the slave cyl. Started the car, put the clutch down (felt like a normal clutch). The car would not get into gear. When the car was in gear the car won't move an inch when you put the clutch engaged. Got under bled my slave some more thinking it would do something, took the rubber boot of off the fork to see inside, the pressure plate after engaging the clutch doesn't move far enough out to push the clutch. Adjusted the master cylinder as far as I could, got under the car, the clutch moves a tiny bit now. Bled it more, moved a lil more now. Now moves a little bit in 1st gear with clutch down but makes horrible noise (prolly from the clutch middle grinding the gear part on the trans shaft). The only way to drive it is start it in gear and speed shift which isn't exactly the best option for a daily driver.

I can only think of a few options:
1. Slave is bad (ordered a brand new one, putting it in tomorrow) doubt it though
2. Fork is bent, or the pivot point is too low? I have doubts with this too cause it looked fine.
3. Bad/wrong pressure plate, clutch, or flywheel?
4. Something is wrong with the trans?
5. Maybe there was actually a bearing inside I didn't notice (nearly impossible)
6. I installed something wrong?

Used the search button, there was stuff like my case but not exactly same, did what I could with the trans still on (however the people fixed the problems).

Any ideas what could be wrong?
Please and thank you for any advise.
