Yes and I believe the exhaust cam is a smaller duration and lift than the intake cam, making that a pointless upgrade.
I've searched the **** out of the specs for stock rb20 cams and found mixed results. Some say they're both 240 duration with a 7.5mm intake lift and 7.3mm exhaust, some say 240 intake 232 exhaust, Every new set of specs I've found points to the intake cam being larger though.
I've seen large gains from properly adjusted aftermarket cam gears if you're looking to doing a budget cam upgrade.
