I have found a set of wheels I like and the lowest offset is +22. Is anyone running a set up similar to this? Can I run these in the rear without rolling the fender? Any help is appreciated.

Just don't lower your car as much. You won't fit a 10 +22 under the fender unless you pull it about 1".

Here's my setup:

The whole plan is to run 18x9 +24 255/35 in the front and 18x10 +22 275/35 in the rear, So if I were to get 20mm over fenders up front and 30mm over fenders in the rear I should not have any rubbing issues is that right?

Those wheel specs are exactly what I have. Unless you're planning on slamming the car and tucking the wheels, don't waste your time with overfenders. You can make it look good with a roll and slight pull on both the front and rear fenders.
