1990 300zx non/turbo

I am having some issues with my 300zx one is it doesn't want to start after it has been sitting, and if I do get it started there is a strong fuel smell, sometimes I have to take off the fuel filter and drain it for it to start. Any suggestions? The other problem is I have a flutter at lower RPMs 2500 to 3000, I have taken the coil wires off of all of the cylinders and the two on the drivers side toward the firewall dont seem to be firing, I took another coil of of one of the other cylinders to see if that was it but I have the same problem, any suggestions, could it be the wiring or do I have two dead cyliners,valve job?? Please help.
