Unfortunately it won't. The VG30DE(TT) has a bit more advanced computer system than the VG30E's had. The cam angle sensor works completely different, there are 6 individual ignition coils instead of a single coil and distributor, plus they have variable valve timing which means more controls from the ECU and more wires.

Will the VG30DE harness work with everything on the Pathy then?

It may take some splicing but that would be the easiest way to do it. There should be maybe half a dozen wires that you'll need splice into the body harness for power, ground, fuel pump, etc. If you kind of compare the wiring diagrams you should see which ones are basically external of the engine.
