just got my 96 s14 need help on this choice

i found a set of KYB AGX SHOCKS & SPRINGS

the decription is :

These are brand new in the box a set of 4 ( 2 front 734023-734024 STRUTS , 2 Rear 741045 ) KYB AGX externally adjustable shocks to and 4 Vogtland (952113) German Made high performance Lowering springs with a 1.4 inch drop. These shocks and springs are matched and custom tuned to work together.

price is $550

is it worth it?
