aahh please help daily driver 91 240sx ka24de

I recentley replaced the clutch broke in to factory specs with about 900 miles on it so I was out getting mines haha and well I heard this buzzing noise and by buzzing I mean it sounds like theres rocks in my transmission if I hold my pedal near the friction point and I can feel it in the pedal like a constant tap on my pedal. it got mushy so I pulled over and when the clutch is pressed the noise stops when the clutch is depressed it gets louder and louder and I can feel it in my pedal when I shift and it makes this noise when I am not on the gas like 80% of the time any help would seriously be greatly appreciated. It smells funny too

I can now hear a hard rattling in the transmission itsself starting to do it in neutral it stopped making noise for a good 30 minutes then started again feels like I have a ****ty clutch

I drove a car with a messed up throw out bearing and it didnt sound nearly that bad and I couldnt feel it in the pedal I'm really not trying to drop the transmission but I will if I have too I can hear it inside the transmission feel it in the pedal and my clutch feels real weak even though its new will my car drive fine until I get the money and time to replace it if it is the T.O.

so now i'm pretty sure I popped a spring out of the clutch and its causing all of this or a throw out bearing dropping the transmission hopefully tomorrow
