can someone tell me where to connect the following?

A = where to connect this? water come out from here when its hot. is it a air relive? please note i do not the original TB. but i can make valve to connect it to air intake etc.
B = where to connect to? air intake pipe? or? i know its for the engine air circulation stuff. but i don't want to take out the spider at the moment and can't trace a lot of pipes how where they go.

V= what is the purpose of this valve? can i take it out? is it connected to the idle valve?
A = connect to where? can i block it?
B = connect to where? can i block it?
C = connect to where?

Alternator not charing. not sure is it due to this 2 wire
A = connect to where? 12V with 10A fuse?
B = connect to starter switch with 12V?

I started looking at the pictures and thought, "This doesn't look like mine." Then I realized it was a VH41. Wish I could help as the connections are very different than my VH45.

In the top picture A looks like it's the coolant line that runs to the throttle body. There is another port below "B" that it hooks into on the coolant tube. Basically block them off or run them together.

B in the top pic comes from the PCV. It vents the valve covers. You can put a small fliter over that and it will just vent to the atmosphere instead of into the intake. I would remove all the pcv lines and vent the valve covers themselves. You'll get a little smoke from it when the oil is hot but if you run synthetic it should stop after a while.

Picture 2 is hard to tell. It is either the egr or iac. Either way, if it's egr just delete it, blocking off all ports. If it's iac it can be deleted and use the tb to increase your idle.

Not sure about alternator, I have a 45.

Hopefully these help for now... let me know if you still have problems and I'll hunt around for photos, or check on my flatmate's complete motor!
