280zx airbag

I will be purchasing a 280zx in the next few months. The car does not have airbags. however, some of the 280zx's that i have seen do. Is there anywhere i can go to have them installed or buy the components to install it myself? thanks

did they even have air bags in 83?

Cant say I've ever seen one, but then again, I really haven't messed with any ZX's
