So...today I was blessed with a day off and got to play around with the v.

Not bad. Were the springs easily installed or did you have a rough time?

*Sorry about the dirty car

The springs weren't too difficult thanks to bulldogs write up on the How-to...My cousin and I started last night on the rear and we wrapped up the fronts just this morning, total time took about 5 and a half hours, the project was defintely worth it.

The v handles SOOOO much better and sits pretty too.

Question....installing the springs and new air intake....what does it do for the car?......better mileage....more HP....better handling.......also what are the effects of larger tires and wheels??? Thanks......your car looks good....just wondering what some of the practical reasons of these mods produce....Oh, how will these mods affect warranty?

Springs will help your handling (after alignment that is), but the only thing they could effect is if your shocks blow the dealer will not consider them under warranty, but so far I haven't heard of anyone having that problem.

A CAI will increase HP/Torque, but not by much and will be more affective if a full exhaust is added. But it looks cool under the hood and sounds better, which is enough for most to add them. A CAI if installed properly should not effect the warranty.

Wider wheels with wider tires will also help handling, but get too big of wheels/tires and you will loose exceleration and increase breaking distance.

nope, you can have them doesn't void warranty at all someone correct me if im wrong, it only voids warranty if that specific aftermarket part causes damage to another component? sort of correct?
