Ventilated leather seats for G35 '08

Is it possible to add ventilation to the seats in G35 '08? M35 '07 has it, so maybe some parts from M35's seats can be added to G35's?

I think, a direct swap would be enough for these seats (M35->G35). But what to do with the seats from G35 then???

I had ventilated seats in my Saab and loved it. I would love to have it in the G.

I sweat like a dog in my G when i am going through twisties. I rarely ever use my AC--its all windows down, and back humped for ventilation, if shirt is getting wet from sweat. People think I am posing in my car when i do so.
