I have just about all i need for my setup, and here is what i am running on it, it just needs to be dropped in and its almost assembled.

I have 9:1 JE pistons that is a .020 overbore.I have Eagle H beam rodsCalico main and rod bearingsComedic head gasketARP Main and head studsBrian Crower Dual valve springs and titanium retainersBrian Crower Stage 2 camsJim Wolf Technology cam sprocketsSupertech .5 oversize valvesWalbro 255lph fuel pumpAMS 240 Turbo Fuel RailFuel Lab fuel pressure regulator with liquid gaugeNismo fuel pressure regulator (for sale)84# Precision low Z injectorsMitsubishi injector resistor packSS braided linesNew Nissan OEM timing chains and assemblyNissan OEM oil pump rebuild kit (from AMS)Nissan OEM full gasket rebuild kitMitsubishi 1g eclipse oil coolerNismo engine and transmission mountsNismo low temp thermostatAltima fans with DIF fan controllerQ45 MAFAEM EMS with 3.5 bar mapAEM AITAEM UEGOPrecision turbo GT3071R .60 A/R .84defi boost gauge with controlleri got the head ported and polished and cleaned !and valve job and the block bored and honed and hot tanked at auto addictions. I am also currently making my own intake manifold

I plan on getting a turbo concepts wastegate (like tial just better), a log style custom exhaust manifold from auto addictions, piece the downpipe together myself, also a apexi n1 exhaust (dual or 4in can).

Still need clutch that can hold around 5 or 6 hundred hp and same with torque, lightweight flywheel, turbo oil lines, intercooler, and bov, looking at a HKS or a turbo concepts bovs (its tial only better),Im sure im missing some stuff ill add at a later date

i know i need alot more but im almost there. if you have something that i need that i listed email me [email protected]

Sounds like a kick *** build.

I gotta laugh at how you keep saying (like tial only better). Where did you get this info from? All their stuff just looks like knock-off tial.. Tials no joke dude, the owner of the company went to school for years to learn about.. Air/Gas flow.. Let alone the fact that pretty much everyone runs a Tial on their car with no problems from their gates at all. Its kinda hard to say that a pretty much unknown company's product is better than a battle tested tried and true product that everyone knows is the ish. Need a lot more information before you can make claims like that.

You also know your going to need a little more than a clutch to hold the kind of power your talking about.. 500-600 foot pounds of TQ is going to rip a Ka's transmission apart if you hook up with it at all. Also, Q45 maf? Your going to max that thing out before 500 hp, and why do you even want it with a AEM EMS? Your running MAP so.. ?

A gt3071r is a bit small for your goals as well, your not going to hit 500 hp with that turbo without being way out of its efficiency range.

i have talked to few ppl in shops that i know and claim it to be the best they have had. tial has fallen apart and this has stayed strong. oand this guy is a local guy and he found the bugs in the tials and corrected them. i know wat u mean that it is a big claim but imo they r better made.

and about the q45 maf, i know it would be maxed out i was planning on running both which from wat i understand can give u more hp, but im backing out of it cus its too much tuning and wiring.

as for hp i believe it will be reachable, if not really really close

as for the transmission i have 2 right now one needs a rebuild the other is mint. im thinking about getting a dog box in it, but would ultimately like to got to the z32 but kinda low on funds if u know wat i mean

Its w/e, i will keep an eye on that product and see how things go, talk to my buddy about it. Im just sayen, theres no reason to not use Tial, they make really good ish. I seriously doubt theres anywhere near enough of first hand experience with those wastegates for those shops to be able to say that they are better than Tials so.. Just take it with a grain of salt.

Just dont run 500 hp on a stock transmission, or it will fail if you hook that power up to the wheels. People have the trannys go out at 450 range all the time.

That turbo is only efficient until the mid-high 400 hp range man. Read the compressor maps yourself if you want. To achieve the flow rates needed for a 500-600 hp dose of air, your wayyyy out of your efficiency window with the 3071. This means while you MIGHT be able to squeeze it out of the turbo, the turbo will be pumping super heated compressed air into your system. This is going to heatsoak your IC system, and eventually cause detonation and engine failure.

Set your initial goals lower man, you dont need 400+ hp in a street car. 450 HP is a safe goal for your setup. Once you get the cash to do it right with a bigger turbo and a bigger transmission, then go all out. 300 hp alone is unbelievably fun in a S-chassie so, just go easy for starters and enjoy the power you can make safely. It will haunt you if you dont.

500hp is obtainable with that turbo at the right boost 15psi or higher. garret recomends that turbo themselves for that hp range. but u gota get the right tune and right sized injectors preffer ably 740cc ull also need 3"pipe all the way back no cat or cat bac, the resignator slows the exhause flow wich creats hp #s but remember thats 500hp at the flywheel not the wheels about 350whp . with that in mind you should be safe with a stage 2 clutch if its a daily driver. u could go with a stage 3 but it has a riggid friction disc that may cause transmission failure with to many heavy launches. but if u take it easy on the take of u should be fine
