Relatively easy if you choose to disable the VTCs and use the 4th gen ECU. Pull the motor and transfer the 3.0L timing equipment to the 3.5L. You'll have to either drill your cams or get a set of adapters made...Stephen Max on the org sells a great stainless steel set which is what I used in my swap. Then if you choose to use the 3.5L injectors, solder the 3.5L injector clips to your 3.0L engine harness. Lastly, to make things simple, source a 2000 Pathfinder throttle body and buy the adapter from Stephen Max. You get to keep CC and you don't need to convert the drive-by-wire setup of the 3.5L. And while you're at it, use the VQ30 headers rather than aftermarket VQ35 headers. Free and you get the same power as aftermarket. Otherwise, since we can't link to "competing sites", use google and I'm sure you'll find the site that has tons of info on this swap.
