It's basically just a RHD 200SX. It looks like a pretty good race car though. You would have a potential problem getting it smogged in Cal as it is a '76 and currently ha the twin carbs so it would not even pass the visual. That thing has been for sale for a long time. If I remember right the guy wants a ton for it though.

I do not know about california laws, but in texas anything 24 years or older is emissions exempt
