EX35 Infiniti Rear main seal oil leak - New Design flaw?

My new EX35 leaks engine oil. The transmission was removed and rear main oil seal and oil galley welch plug replaced. That did not fix the problem for long now infiniti has ripped apart my new $45,000 vehicle to replace the short block(lower engine). I feel that Infiniti has a problem with their new integrated rear mail oil seal , it is no longer installed with a bearing carrier just pressed into the block. I feel that Infiniti should replace my vehicle. Ideas, opinions, similar issues? So far a horror show, but politely.
