double check for leaks, but I assume since the AF ratio was good then you are prob good on the leaks. Uh, try checking the plug gap. BKR7E plugs are awesome. Mine are gapped to .030 and on 15psi I have no problems. Humidity can hurt your ignition system so perhaps you can close the gap slightly. Also if you have to gap really small you can try to side-gap the plug to get better ignitability.
