05 QX56 with no DVD options

Hi,I'm new here with my first post.

I just picked up a 05 QX56 without the DVD options. My question is whether there is any good dvd player out there that is a favorite for Armada/QX56 owners?

Also is wiring a real issue when installing the dvd player and screen?

Welcome to NICOclub! Hope you find the Amada/QX56 forum enjoyable and helpful.

I have had the factory DVD player on my '04 QX56, and I have the factory DVD player on my '08 Armada. I like the screen in the '08 because it is bigger than what they had in the previous model QX56 and Armada models. Whatever you do, I would suggest sending the feed from the DVD player to the front Nav screen. That way you can also have entertainment for the passenger that calls shotgun!

Thanks Timmbo...I will probably install 2 screen in the headrest and take your advice of sending feeds to the front nav screen.
