Not the same model, but same size/offset IIRC.I am pretty sure they bolt right up(assuming you are 5 lug or course) without modification or spacers, but it has been a while since I ran these wheels so I'm not positive.

Wait a sec. It's pretty heavy cuz they are 28s. I think right below 20lb is good for 240s.

For $500 with tires that is a steal. Get them, the Z32 wheels look pretty weak.
