I am a fan of the L28ET, much mroe bang for the buck and a lot less bucks involved 
as for turboing your car, I'd highly recmoend finding a turbo donor, you can search and find detailed lists of whats needed in terms of bare components but the donor swap makes things muche asier and cheaper
as for clutch if you're car is a 2+2 it's already got the same cluthc as the turbo, if not just run the turbo/2+2 clutch it will handle north of 300 whp, and then you can look at upgraded disk pp packages
the turbo came with the T5 much stronger than the 5 speed found in the n/a's, if you intend to drag race you'll want to upgrade it for sure, in an ideal situation your turbo donor will come with one 
as for internals, the stock bottom end will handle nearly 400 whp
