Hello,
I'm new here (although have been a frequent reader).
Have had a Super Black 2008 Nissan Versa S (Sedan) since August '07.
Love it; however Nissan's customer service has been somewhat lacking.
So here is the problem: recently when I drive the car it makes a "click-click" noise or ticking when driving between 20 and 40 MPH. I'm guessing this is coming from the right rear passenger side (from the tire). I've looked at the tire and could not find where it is coming from.
So I called my Nissan dealer and told them this and their response was:
"Well we have a note that it could have been related by a nail in your tire" (I was told this very sarcastically)
Which I had a nail in my tire awhile back, but had it fixed. This clicking noise had been happening before this.
In regards to Nissan's customer service, I also took the car there because I have had my windshield crack near the bottom right front with no visible impact. I have found a V on here with the same problem, and I found another with the same pattern crack! Anyway, their manager told me a rock hit it after .5 of second when he inspected it. He then gave me a quote of $700 plus to fix this.......
Anyway, enough of my rant; I love my Versa and was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this clicking noise?
