black smoke=running rich. Just start checking common problems that have to do with that. MAF is probably easiest to check, so like danielsan said, start there.

Well if it ran fine in the other car, but runs like garbage in yours, I would just think of the components that you didn't use from the running car and use them. Assuming that your install is ok at least.

I switched my maf wit one of my friends out his running Ka..My smoke is white now. That's oil right.. It act as if it is missing sometimes.. I put a new coil, plugs, and wires on it.My exhaust got real hot like my muffler was glowing during the night.. That was after it shoot out two huge *** flames... excuse my language.

I'm so confused I dont know what to do.....LOL! I'm seriously thinkin bout trashin my ka but, then again like I said before it ran fine in the other car.

White is coolant - black is fuel - blueish black is oil.

It is normal for a newly installed engine to smoke for a little bit but you seem to have other problems.

If your car is missing, fuel isn't getting burnt in a cylinder, or multiple cylinders. On the exhaust stroke the unburnt fuel will be pushed out the cylinder into your exhaust. Your exhaust is hot enough to ignite the fuel which causes it to heat up extremely hot and glow.

Check your exhaust for clogging

Is the fuel rail that you are using from the running motor or the motor that didn't run? Try swapping them if you suspect a problem or at least swap the regulator.

I think it's my regulator.. I disconnected the hose to my regulator and crunk the car up... No gas came out the other end of my regulator... I got a few drips but, that was it.... I went and got a regulator from one of my friends but, it did the same thing.I know it's not the vaccum line cause i remove that also. While the car wsa running and u could her it sucking..So im guessing that both of them r clogged.... Is there anyway to unvlog them..?
