White is coolant - black is fuel - blueish black is oil.It is normal for a newly installed engine to smoke for a little bit but you seem to have other problems.
If your car is missing, fuel isn't getting burnt in a cylinder, or multiple cylinders. On the exhaust stroke the unburnt fuel will be pushed out the cylinder into your exhaust. Your exhaust is hot enough to ignite the fuel which causes it to heat up extremely hot and glow.
Check your exhaust for clogging
