It just needs to have the pedal readjusted. You can do that by lengthening/shortening the arm for the master cylinder

Ya I tried altering the length thru the adjustable rod on the master but no effect feels as if the fork is not pivoting all the way back , like I said if the pedals all the way out and the the car does not stall yet I feel the car slowly creeping forward like the clutch is barley touching the plate but the pedals all the way out. I looked at the fork and it looks like its titled to one side maybe meaning it slipped off the release bearing sleeve. guess I'll have to drop it again!! damn 2nd time already thanks for ur input tho.

Can you pull the rubber cover off the release fork lever and reach in to put it back in place? Make sure the little clip is as it should be to hold it in place. Lots of work pulling the tranny again... :-(

Ya I tried peeking into the boot 2 check the fork seemed to be locked in place knocked it a little and it returned back but think it has to do with how the fork is sitting on the release sleeve which is out of reach through where the boot was. tryin to figure all the possibilities so maybe I dont have to drop it but I can drop the tranny in 45mins just a Bi*ch to put it back in : ( thinkin if I should just replace all the components to the release system; release sleeve, fork and retainer springs. good idea???

The clip that holds the withdrawal lever onto the post should be reachable to keep the lever in position. If it came loose from the throwout bearing I'm not sure you can get it back in without dropping the tranny. You did pack the to bearing with grease? Might the bearing be stuck on the input shaft? I can send you the manual showing the diagrams for this.

I pretty much followed the assembling part of the fork and sleeve with the retainer springs. I lubricated the contact points including the pivot ball but I didnt as u say pack a bunch of grease in there maybe doing that and just replacing all the componets will eliminate all problems from occuring, like I said before I have a new front cover assembly. all other peices are the original ones. fork, retainers, and pivot ball. diagram is nice tho it gives me a way better idea of what Im suppose to be looking at. Thanks again 4 all ur help. sucks hella bad cuz its my only car and Im the only one who works on it. so its a great learning experience also Im just hoping it wont be an expensive one lol. note that its my first time ever working under there. : )

Any particular grease??? and what would cause the fork to lock when pushed out, preventing a full return?? I could feel the fork nout coming all the way back because like I said earlier I could be in 1st gear with the clutch pedal all they way out and it wont stall. note clutch is new only 500miles on it.

Use lithium grease to lube the retaining sleeve and a bit on the fulcrum. If the retaining clip wasn't installed right the fork would come off the fulcrum post and not work properly. The following link goes to the manual chapter for the clutch install, with diagrams showing how the fork clip is installed. http://www.adrive.com/home/downloadfile/25505502

ya the weird thing about mine is the pressure is there no doubt on that, since I did the dampener delete it feels alot more straight forward. what happens is that when I press it down it does disengage the clutch so I can put it into any gear but what happens is when im releasing it does come back up all the way full release but fork seems to lock in place making the slave cylinder lock(along with the fork) but the pedal is still all the way out causing the diaphram fingers to be still slightly in still preventing the clutch pads to be all way the against the contact point(there fore causing the slipping feeling) even tho the pedal is at its full all the way out position. Anyone????
