with enough welding anything is possible but if you really want an S30 go buy one, there isn't enough of a difference to justify all the fad work needed to make the conversion
BOV yeah you can add one just gotta weld a flange to the "J" pipe, but you'll want a recirculating type as with the stock ECU you'll get a momentary rich condition between shifts negating the benefit of the BOV
