When can I buy cheap 13 tail lights

Iv been looking at several places such as ebay and local mom and pap shops, All the 13 tail lights go for 500+. Any Idea where to buy them in the Los angeles area?

I would think your best bet is an advertiser though NICO that gives members a discount, or by someone you know that works for a dealer that has them. Other than that, you'll probably end up paying around $400.

i got mine for 450$ they are a little work to install you need to put the s13 wiring clips onto the KOUKI lights by splicing them together it took me about an hour but its worth it ! Good luck
