So, I made a thread a while ago saying I was going to purchase an ebay catback.

I did, and I ended up getting it from the seller Japanimportshop. Shipping was pretty fast and it was packaged really well!

I am amazed at the quality and how well it fit and how sturdy it is. It is definitely a high quality stainless steel, and sounds AMAZING compared to what I expected, and pretty much matches any name brand N1 style exhaust system out there. (2 of my buddies have HKS and Greddy systems)

I will get pics, i know i know don't go saying the thread is worthless, but I do not have my camera as I left it at work.

I recommend it to anyone with a low budget, or anyone who wants a nice exhaust system.... please flamers dont bother because I dont care

pretty much all modern cameras take movie clips too... how much did you spend on yours including shipping?

I just ordered the N1 from nana outpost on e-bay $137 shipped looks like every other fart can i have seen. No exhaust is worth $600 especially when you figure in the agrivation you get from the police.

Depend on where you are about the cops though. Im in a little town just outside Tampa, and I never get hassled about my exhaust. I have a 3 inch megan catback attached to a test pipe and a 3inch downpipe. I have passed cops at WOT and never been stoped or pestered about the sound.

the systems are great for the price. and the s.s. is a low quality stainless, but it def last longer than steel or aluminized steel. I like mine, but why in gods name would you be using your 240 in the winter??????????!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? jk, but you shouldn't contribute to the rotted out 240s i see in my junkyards ...

That does suck, but there are places where people like us can roam free. LOL Places i've found are Florida and New Orleans, hell i've raced cops from both places.

Yeah i raced a cop in an uder cover Camro got whooped and a ticket. The funny thing is, I wasn't really going to race, i mean a SOHC KA against a 98 SS Hmmm.. I was just messing with him . I have had a flowmaster set up on for the last year 2.25 or 2.5 can't remember, but it works great and looks stock for a N/A car...but I am going SR in about 2 weeks so i am forced to advertise my exhaust now.

I got a 3" exhaust from Ebay for about $200 bucks. Idk if it really does anything but it looks cool and sounds alright. the only problem is that it came with the silencer pre-installed so when I put it on a drove it around a bit the silencer got fused to the exhaust.

yeah that wouldnt happen if anything the silencer would fall out. yank and tug on that bish to get it out with a cloths hangar or a metal hook when its warmed up.

I really doubt the difference would be anything noticeable on a dyno, I mean come on, they all use mandrel bent piping, usually same style straight through resonator, and muffler.

My only complaint is they hang to low, but so do alot of higher end brands.

I bought a catback from these f***ers about 3 weeks ago, and just got my refund thru a paypal dispute. They never shipped my item or even tried responding to my 30 emails asking if they could just ship my exhaust. F them

There's an ebay exhaust I paid 200 shipped for. Stock KAE, loud as a *****. Supposed to be an N1 knockoff.

what magnaflow exhaust are you looking at for $290??? the Titanium exhaust for my s13 is around $960 and worth every GD cent (ten pounds total weight ).
