does lowering the car mess with the driving any way, make it unsafe?

its not that windy around georgia, but 1 gust going at highway speeds almost threw me off the road.

As long as you get an alignment after lowering springs are on the car, then you are fine.

Don't mean to bust your chops too much, but don't you think you should be putting some of this money aside for your kid's future?

I've driven lowered cars for a while, so just angle at every dip, driveway, speedbump, etc. No problems scraping too much. The only times that I get paranoid is when I approach a parking concrete block. I always want to get my tail in as much as possible.

I got a touch screen Jensen VM 9312 with ipod adaptor cable, Metra harnesses/adaptors and a scosche single din kit I'm trying to get rid of. I totaled my first Versa and then got one with bluetooth and didn't realise I'd be losing bluetooth if I put that deck back in. So I can't bring myself to ditching the stock unit now.

Are you interested? I was thinking $360 for the whole deal but I'm negotiable.

None, unless they can prove whatever claim you're making is direct result of the lowering.

Which has nothing to do with a stereo, or lowering springs, or...

My point is that savings for your child comes first. When I get my paycheck every 2 weeks, the FIRST thing I do, and I do mean first, is to take money and transfer it to his savings account. Second is transfer money to my own savings (to later put in my Roth IRA for retirement), and THEN I pay bills. Anything that's left over is fun money. Which, lately, has been basically nothing.
