your intercooler is crooked! Looks tight, gone to the dealer for any service yet!??? I'd love to see the looks on their face when they pop that hood to see that turbo under there!

It's from the Fox Marketing turbo Versa. He recently parted out the car and tyler was the lucky sob to get the turbo. Glad he got it together, though. Looks clean and well done.

BOV=Blow Off Valve. Also known as a "dumper valve". It releases the pressure in the intake system for a turbo charged engine. It's what makes the noticable "pssssshhhhkk" sound in a turbo car.

take the velocity stack off and put a filter on.

Also, did it come with injectors, new ecu, anything to keep you from detonation?

Hey so when i was removing the the O2 sensor from the stock exhaust i realized that it came cross threaded!!! That combined with the stock clutch means no fun videos or tire roasting... YET!

and that blue piece circled is indeed a Tial BOV

and no there were no injectors, ecu, or anything else to keep me from screwing everything up... oh well

your going to hit boost, go real lean, and kablamo. Make sure you use the best fuel. You might also want to purchase a SAFC and get it dyno tuned also get an air/fuel map that'll tell you if your going lean during boost (and i can only assume you are). good luck?

edit: Also, battery doesn't fit with the turbo? Get pix of the manifold. Thx.

Stock ecu + stock injectors + boost = big problems (Unless its like 3-4lbs). But even with really low boost a SAFC would be needed.

Mostly likely referring to the what most Nissan owners call a MAF. Which brings in the question of when will the OEM MAF max out or did you get one in the kit? If you got one and its modified without a SAFC or something to adjust it that is also an issue.

Oh well i suppose that would make sense... and no the kit did not come with a new MAF... but that probably would've been a good idea
