icemhan_21: have you drilled the hole in the bellhousing for the CAS yet? i am running into the same issue on my swap. i am concerned about the precision required for the placement of the CAS. i know the sensor is an inductive type sensor that sends a signal to the ECM which, in turn, uses said signal to determine when to fire spark and inject fuel for combustion. i am uncertain of the allowable tolerance with regard to the sensor position in relation to the flywheel surface. can somebody, anybody, help out on this? this has been bugging the sh$t out of me.thanks, kevin EDIT: thanks for the dimensions motoman

alright i finally got off my butt and made this template for you guys. it was made from a s14 bell housing adapted for the s13 bell housing. you should have no problems making your holes. so here it is...
these are alignment pins so you get that perfect fit lol
and the washer i made into a spacer for the S13 trannys only.
P.S. the big alignment pin is the same size as the sensor hope this works great for you guys!

this guy is the most awsome man on the internet! i only asked for a card board or a sheet of paper to make the template on but he made it using metal and he even made me a spacer for the sensor. i would give this guy a million positive reps if theres any in here!

just fyi you dont really need this sensor.. my s14's isnt working and it throws a CEL but has no effect on operation. i have a 95 so maybe full OBDII's have a problem with not having it, i dont know.just an FYI - don't sweat about it too much. Marko
