4th generation was 1995-1999. Chassis designation is A32. It's actually a lot like your 2001; the two have a lot in common. Both share the same basic engine and the exact same transmission.Engine is the VQ30DE. 190hp and 205 ft lb.
As mentioned above, 215 is a great alternative to the stock 205 tires. You can go with a 215/65 or 215/60. The 65 aspect ration will be a tiny bit taller than your stock tires, the 60s a tiny bit shorter. Neither will make a significant difference in the speedometer or odometer readings.
I'd go with 215/60/15 if it were me.
Of course, you could always buy new wheels and step up to something wider if 215 still sounds too narrow. It has the same lug pattern as your Z and 2001 Max and all other 5 lug Nissans.
